BY ACCIDENT. -.-
i was penknifing something. D:
anyway, i don't think i'll be going out tmr as originally planned. staying home to homework.
SO SAD RIGHT. :/
sec 2 people barely get a life nowdays. ):
i'm not apparently in the homework mood today. the rain isn't good homework weather.
i feel sleepy. -.-
i got something nice from a chainmail again. :D
"A little boy asked his mother, 'Why are you crying?'
'Because I'm a woman,' she told him.
'I don't understand,' he said. His Mom just hugged him and said, 'And you never will.'
Later the little boy asked his father, 'Why does mother seem to cry for no reason?'
'All women cry for no reason,' was all his dad could say.
The little boy grew up and became a man, still wondering why women cry.
Finally he put in a call to God.
When God got on the phone, he asked, 'God, why do women cry so easily?'
God said:'When I made the woman she had to be special.
I made her shoulders strong enough to carry the weight of the world,
yet gentle enough to give comfort
I gave her an inner strength to endure childbirth and the rejection that many times comes from her children.
I gave her a hardness that allows her to keep going when everyone else gives up, and take care of her family through sickness and fatigue with out complaining.
I gave her the sensitivity to love her children under any and all circumstances, even when her child has hurt her very badly.
I gave her strength to carry her husband through his faults and fashioned her from his rib to protect his heart.
I gave her wisdom to know that a good husband never hurts his wife, but sometimes tests her strengths and her resolve to stand beside him unfalteringly.
And finally, I gave her a tear to shed. This is hers exclusively to use whenever it is needed.'
'You see my son,' said God, 'the beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair.
The beauty of a woman must be seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart - the place where love resides.' "
women(s) power! HAHAHAHAYIXIU. womenS. :D
friday's the guitar orientation. i hope we get to play with water again. B)
but the guitar tee's white! :O
& during friday practise mrs koh said something about the guitar concert.
about the school 1) wanting us to have it in the school hall 2) wanting us to combine it with harmonica's. mrs koh wanted to invite the dance people also.
but it's like. i mean, they don't even give us a proper location. we may not be some major cca but still. gold with honours. :/
and this year's sec one intake is like, fifteen or something. D:
the principal always focuses on the sports & ugs. :/
&, piying said that yixiu said that the class tee has to have the word 'anglican high' on it. & the principal has to approve of it too. yay. the school seems much stricter recently too. there weren't any paranoid attendance checks after every break last year.
idk, but anglican high seems better in the good old sec one days. before the principal made all these redundant rules up. & got so stingy.
i don't feel really really really happy when i'm at home. communication seems to have jarred to a standstill right now. i don't dislike talking to family, but somehow communication breakdowns seem natural, just like baby teeth falling out. i guess i always felt happier out & about. without family.
though i know that i do hurt the family, it's difficult to bring myself to break out of this vicious, stinging scilence.
by the end of the december holidays i was beginning to loathe long breaks. idk, going back to school seemed to be a wonderful prospect by then. and yeah, going back to school is much better. though most of the lessons are long & dull, though school wears me out physically, though i feel unbeliveably tired after each day, i feel happy at school, even though this school may just be slowly inching to it's decline. even though holidays mean more outings with friends, sometimes you just feel weary & lethargic when you're at home after a day out & wonder when it's ever going to end. call me weird, but i'd rather spend my days at school & out with friends than at home.
recently i've lost touch with my organ, and sometimes this pains me. i don't look forward to lessons anymore: i just wait for them to come and go. i don't enjoy the organ like i used to. i don't feel.
maybe it's just the weather that makes me feel so sluggish & slothful & just maybe, faded.
maybe it's the prospect of another day at home. with homework.
and not out with friends.
