Eat more vitamin C stuffs like kiwi/oranges as it increases immune system!
Eat more vegetables like spinach as it has lots of fibre- helps you in your bangsai-ing(like me!)!
Eat more food that are high in vitamin A like apple/carrots, as it helps in your eyesight(so you won't have to get specs like Jairia._.), gives you healthy skin(so you won't grow pimples! :D)!
